Next PIREP jumps to much higher number

Gentlemen,

I have searched for this error, but have not seen the same issue that I am having. One of my pilots filed a manual PIREP and when he did so the PIREP jumped from #65 to #133.

I reset the PIREP numbers in the database, however every-time someone submits a PIREP it jumps again.

Where is the PIREP count number saved? I tried running all of the maintenance functions but to no avail.
