Pilot rank/level not updated automatically

When we change a pilots rank/level from within phpVMS

( in the "admin" section - pilot details )

it does not update in the database.

So every change means going into the DB to adjust manually

rankid + rank + ranklevel

Any pointers ? Where to start looking ?

Do you have automatically calculate ranks on?

Automatic ranks is off, was like that from the start

due to the way we allocate ranks

mmm,

no mention of ranks, looking in the config.php files under /admin
