vaCenter server error - sending

We activated vaCenter yesterday. We have "You have 11339 PIREPS waiting for export to vaCentral. Click here to send them ", when click a we get a Server 500 error.

Is there a fix?

BTW: News is getting posted as well as only manual PIREPS. No automatic approved prieps are getting sent.

The 500 error is actually being produced on your site, not the vaCentral site from the way I see your error log. Without much information I would have to guess that there is something going on with an .htaccess file or such on your server.
