User does not appears in "Pending Pilots" when registered

Hi guys,

I'm having trouble with fixing an issue on phpVMS.

When my new members are registering via the form, they get the confirmation e-mail, but none of them is appearing in the "Pending Pilots" section in the admin center.

If someone could help me this would be very nice !

Hey, 

If the pilots are getting the Registration  emails, then I guess there isn't  any flaw with the registration part.

If the pilots aren't there on the "pending list", then which group are they categorized into? 

Go to your phpmyAdmin, and under phpvms_pilots, go to the last page and see the data of the latest-registered pilot. It should show "Confirmed = 0" 

Now note his ID and then go to phpvms_groupmembers, and now run a query and cross check which group the pilot is in.
