Is it a skin for phpvms? If I buy, how do I install it?

Hi Sir, I have only developed iCrew v3. iCrew v4 is a property of iCrew Systems. You can contact Leo on that behalf.

This guy he is not professional,  he waste my time and took my modules at the end he told me he is going to refund me back WHY!! Coz i told him i want similer website as per the examples he gave.
