Simbrief Generate Button Dosen't Work

Hi

 

when i click the generate button on my va for simbrief it dosen't do anything

i have edited the api, layout.php and schedule_briefing.php 

 

please help

Their server was down earlier.

Did you go directly to the simBrief website and see if it works from there?

 

Server is back up now.

well its these two links im wondering if they dont work, my button just doesnt work. 

 

vswa.net and it cant get the xml it looks like.

wouldnt these be outdated. also we are using v5.5.2 followed everything to the T. pop ups are not blocked either

okay so ignore that now, got that all figured out, just when we push the button it does nothing, weve uninstalled and reinstalled and overwrote and etc multiple times, there has to be something that we are missing
