Echoing a Custom Profile Field

Hey guys, I'm currently working on a custom profile skin for my pilots of the Military organization I run, I have created a custom profile field called Interests and was wanting to know how I can get this to echo the contents onto the profile page

When creating the profile field, make sure you click on the show in user profile:yes.
