Dougjuk Posted February 9, 2021 Report Posted February 9, 2021 This is being fixed as far as I know, I believe it is caused by a prefiled flight remaining in the database. I have had success by purging such an item, it can be identified because it does not have a reported date set against it. I believe that the latest versions of Acars is clearing this problem. You might try and contact your user ask them to open the Acars app and if asked if they want to continue the flight say No. It should clear it. regards Doug Quote
