Looks like it is a little bit hard to find download links for phpVMS v7 development builds. This topic aims to ease that process for everyone Do NOT download old beta builds (like beta 3 and beta 4) as they are really old (more than 2 years). At least a VA should be using beta 5, or better latest development build. Hello, I would like to create two type of awards: Medals, given to pilots when they reach a certain number of flight hours and PIREPs, and events awards, manually given to pilots when they participate in a event. I need to show up theses awards in pilot profile divided into to groups: Medals and Events. Is there any piece of code I could use to do it? Thanks in advance.

Hello phpvms community, We're experiencing an issue where airport lists are not displaying correctly for some of our users across multiple areas of the system. Here are the details: - The problem affects only a subset of users, not everyone - For affected users, airports don't show up in: 1. Jumpseat travel options 2. Flight selection screen 3. Hi, We just installed phpVMS7 with the Disposable Basic and Special addons. Our server has mySQL database and is on php 8.1.29. We would like to completely disable all Finance related content. We could disable some finance related modules in Disposable Special, but not all. Would appreciate your help (in non-programming savvy language 🙂 )

Hello, I have noticed that some pilots, for some reason, do not finish their flights, perhaps the simulator closed unexpectedly or the plane crashed, etc. When this happens, they close the simulator first and then the vmsACARS, and the plane stays on the map until they fly again The question is: Is it possible to remove those planes from the map without waiting for them to fly again?

I just manually brought the hours flown on the network, I wouldn't have to add the hours currently flown by the pilot, since the option is already enabled in the PHPVMS settings, or could it be that I'm entering it incorrectly, missing decimals, commas, periods?

Hello everyone, I'm using the latest version of PHPVMS 7, however I haven't found a way to find or even solve the Recaptcha problem, some tutorials talk about some folders, like CORE, local.config.php, but I didn't find these folders, remembering that I'm not using any skin, I'm simply using the default one! Good Morning Folks. I currently have my VA linked to a 2GB database. Its currently 1.2GB full, with nearly 4000 PIREPs, so I want to start making a plan for adding some space. My current hosting provider limits their Databases to 2GB and you are not allowed to go any higher, even if you offer to throw money at them, so that's a shame that I can't just scale up the existing one. Hi, I'm very new to phpVMS and I'm already having issues with it. I'm using a shared hosting plan to host the phpVMS. Greetings, We have imported our information from the older php v5 and now using the latest php v7. The pilots who once had admin roles from the previous version are still admins. The challenge is, we cannot seem to remove that role from the pilots. When we go to the user page, click user, edit the role (remove admin), when it saved, the role comes back. Can you shed some light on that please? Further, we are having some issues with the pagination. Pages 1,2 and 3 work fine, then page 4 isn't, then page 5, 6, 7 works, then another doesn't. Please find attached my PHPVMS Log. I am using Steam MSFS 2020 v1.36.20 which is the most current version I have seen. I am able to use ACARS with X Plane 11-no problem. As per the Title above for some reason it won't connect to MSFS. Of course, I selected MSFS in Settings & ran the Re-Sync Scenery. I ran the scenery mode on Native. ACARS does connect to the vuscg server as it shows exactly where my A/C is staged, also it does pull in the flt plan & it shows me logged into ACARS. When I import the first picture bought from VASchedules into the fleet category I do not get my aircraft listed. (aircraft in subfleet menu is 0). Hello everyone, I need help and don't know how to proceed. When I try to fill in a manual PIREP, I get the following error in the Aport column (Departure/Arrival) The results could be loaded The days it worked and once, I don't know what I did. I have created a copy of the default layout, and I ask myself if it is possible to add news and read out a specific page(s) so that I can edit them via the admin module instead of constantly changing the home.blade.php? I managed to put the latest news items there via {{ Widget::latestNews(['count' => 3]) }} But I wonder how to read out a page. Thanks ahead. RobB

For a friend I did install PHPVMS 7.0.0-dev+221130.ced201. Where the files are not in the public_html folder but on a PHPVMS folder on the same hight has public_html. See the attachment. Back then when I did do the installation, it seemed to us, that all should be put in a separate directory. I read the update documents, and it went well for another va, So I know a tiny bit. But I would like to have some advice on where to put the files now? Thanks ahead, RobB

I have an issue with sending mail from my freshly installed site (version 7). And I looked where to change the SMTP settings in what file. In a friends installation I did some time ago, I found that I had edited the env.php file. So I searched in the new site for that same file, but I cannot find it. However I also did find a config.php in the bootstrap directory. I did add the SMTP stuff in there, but that seems not to work. Wrong spot? I am using a mailadres from my hosting company. Help is appreciated. RobB

I had installed the latest version of PHPVMS 7.0 And I had it working. In order to start with a different page, I had copied the Theme default to a new name and uploaded that. I hade not changed the theme.json. I go into the admin part and select the new theme name. Hiya! An issue I've encountered with my phpVMS-based website. We're experiencing significant loading times, often between 10 to 15 seconds, which we believe is impacting user experience negatively. Our database is quite extensive, containing around 16,000 flights. i added a new custom airport Calamocha LECH from MS2020. Actually, LECH already exist so i gave icao LECH1. When i select it on ACARS i get an error " Error prefiling. I recently imported 4000 flights via admin/flights/imports. Only 3250 can be seen. What will cause the difference? What is the permiters or specifics that the import system uses to compare routes? Duplicate flights have been removed and all flights are marked as active prior to import on cvs exported from admin/flights/export. All flights are marked as visible.
