Hello, Nabeel,

You know... In Brazil, we speak and write in portuguese.

This language has some graphic signs in some letters, like: á, à, ã, é, ê, ô, ó, õ and so on.

I have already set in the local config de UTF-8 mode, but all of the words with graphic signs in our news are being shown with a "�" in the place where theses signs should be.

How can I fix it, please?
