Total time and Transfer Time

Is there a way to include my Transfer time in my total time?

there is the option to change it in your core/local.config.php file

Change this:

Config::Set('TRANSFER_HOURS_IN_RANKS', false);

to

Config::Set('TRANSFER_HOURS_IN_RANKS', true);
