All you have to do is search for the text that is displayed, its really not that hard...Its the first thing on the page..

I dont know where this is, ive tryed frontpage.tpl in core/templates but its not there, also its not in lib/skins/obsess blue frontpage file either.

roger is right just check all templates files in core and obessesblue folder

All template files in the skin folder has the entry above, just remove the code.
