We have checked the following: he use the correct base url: http://www.uvsaaf.fsworld.co.za/ He have the correct Username AND Password He use Win 7 ,and he set his program compatibility to Win Xp SP3 AND run as Administrator Firewall AND antivirus turned off I could connect with my kACARS using his username and password. I had this same problem with another pilot and his problem ended up being another firewall was installed on his computer and was blocking the port. I realize you said the firewall was off but he told me it was too. I only found out about the other firewall when I remoted into is computer and starting troubleshooting.
