I was just editing (and getting to completion) part of my profile_main.tpl, and guess what I did....

Deleted it. By accident. Of course.

What the hell do I do? It was fully customised, I don't know how I'll rebuild it...?

Otherwise, open explorer and double click in the bar (Where it normally says Something > User > Documents or whatever) and type Recycle Bin

you are screwed i think one thing you could try and see iff you have an backup i make dayly backups and save them on a local HDD.

Ask your host if they have nightly backups, and if you'd be able to access a copy of it. They most likely do, but they might not be so keen to give you it.

I know it's no help with the current problem, but you can set up a CRON job to backup your data, as long as your web host allows CRON jobs. More here:

I use Rsync and Cron to perform incremental backups, ensuring that server load remains balanced, and the latest file amemdments are saved.
