Being able to fine pilots based on risky decisions/poor flying, and give them the hours they gathered from the flight instead. Basically when a pilots pirep is rejected, they still receive the hours, but don't get paid, or loose and amount of pay. Cheers Tylor Quote
tutmeister Posted October 1, 2011 Report Posted October 1, 2011 That's an interesting idea. Instead of rejected, maybe there could be a third category that denotes a poor PIREP and so all features go through except for the pay (or perhaps a percentage of it). Quote

Yea, take a percentage off the total depending on what went wrong, like overspeeds, excessive landing rate etc. Quote
