I know what the error is and why im getting it but haven't a clue on how to solve it

There was an error adding the schedule, already exists DB error: Unknown column 'week1' in 'field list'

Did you upload a newer version of phpVMS as an update and not run the update.php? There is an update to that table that that script will perform when run.
