Can't add Aircraft

I don't know what i've done but when i now try to add aircraft i get "

There was an error adding the aircraft"

I did add the "buying aircraft module" but i've now took this off?

Have u installed the beta phpvms version? If not, u have problems. Read the Readme carefully!!!
