Screenshot Error [SOLVED]

Users are getting this error:

and line 72 is:

Now, I did not notice, because it was fine for me, but obviously I am the administrator. I am assuming it is a folder/file permission thing, or no?!??

please post your code to evaluate.

this error happens when the filename has many separate characters,

rename photo if the problem persists send me your file to better evaluate.

Never mind It was a file permissions adjustment and all is well now.
