jetsonflight Posted October 28, 2012 Report Share Posted October 28, 2012 Hi guys, im having trouble installing almost every addon available for va's, whenever i try to install an addon on my site i always get this error message Notice: The template file "/home/jetsonfc/public_html//core/templates/timetable/timetable_index.tpl" doesn't exist in /home/jetsonfc/public_html/core/classes/TemplateSet.class.php on line 248 Does anyone know how to get rid of this message and get the addons working, thanks. Moderators Parkho Posted October 29, 2012 Moderators Report Share Posted October 29, 2012 This means the TPL file is not where it's supposed to be. Add-ons normally have TPL files stored either in a folder (ex. core/templates/xxx/xxx_xxx.tpl) or directly in the templates folder (ex. core/templates/xxx_xxx.tpl) but some add-ons modify the core TPL files which upon uploading get overwritten, so it's better to place the TPL files in the skin folder instead (ex. lib/skin/crystal/xxx_xxx.tpl).
