I am coming from another system , it only stores the MD5 encryption passwords, how can i convert it to SALT to use with phpVMS or is it best to have all the pilots re-register?

Re-register - the point of the salt is that it makes it more unique and complex so even if you set up a script to automatically add salts the speed it runs at will result in a similar salt for all of them...

Thanks tom! I have re-registered all my pilots and i will create random passwords that they will be able to change once they login!
