rpalmer800
Hi, For months we have been doing fine, and there were no edits or anything, and just the other day we started getting errors from the registration form. And, we haven't touched that, or the databases recently, so i am clueless as to why it is happening. Error: Error Registering Cannot add or update a child row: a foreign key constraint fails (`vdalairl_phpvms`.`phpvms_pilots`, CONSTRAINT `phpvms_pilots_ibfk_1` FOREIGN KEY (`code`) REFERENCES `phpvms_airlines` (`code`) ON UPDATE CASCADE) Any help would be greatly appreciated. Moderators Parkho Posted January 6, 2013 Moderators Report Share Posted January 6, 2013 It's the DB issue, I think you're trying to register someone that already exist like an admin.

Moderators Kyle Posted January 7, 2013 Moderators Report Share Posted January 7, 2013 Did you change anything in the database tables such as table colum changes? Although, something for you to try. Back up your database first and run this query.... and see what you got. ALTER TABLE `phpvms_pilots` ADD CONSTRAINT `phpvms_pilots_ibfk_1` FOREIGN KEY (`code`) REFERENCES `phpvms_airlines` (`code`) ON UPDATE CASCADE;
