reachva
Hello all, I've been coming up with airline logos and liveries for a long time as a hobby and decided it would be about time to see if there is any interest from others in doing these for a low price. I started out initially doing just profile drawings (examples available upon request) however I have for the last year been doing textures for FSX aircraft. Aircraft that I have done liveries for in the past. Aircraft marked with an * are preferred aircraft for texturing; - PMDG NGX 700/800 * - PMDG JS4100 - Aerosoft Airbus X/Extended * - Wilco Airbus Series Volume 1 - Just Flight 737-200 - Qualitywings 757 - Qualitywings Avro RJ - Wilco Embraer E Jets series (145, 170, 190) - Project Opensky 737 700/800 - Skyspirit 767-300 * - PAD Dash 8 Q400 - ISDT ATR 72-500 - DA Fokker 100 - Tom Ruth A300 - Tom Ruth A330/A340 - HJG DC-8-61 - Project Tupolev Tu-154B-2 - All default aircraft I am able to do other aircraft as well though the above are the ones I have had experience in. The two I am most experienced working with are the NGX and Airbus X. Working times are quick (usually only a couple days) and prices start at $15.00AUD for a basic livery with pre-existing logo applied though prices can go above this. Skins may cost extra depending on complexity. You can also have your whole fleet skinned at a bonus price if you contact me (basic livery with differing registrations/aircraft names across a fleet group). See below for my expanded price list. Best method to contact me here is via PM or comments. --- PRICE LIST: Well I finally got around to creating a proper price list for my services. Please note that these are a guideline only and are subject to change. I feel the prices are perhaps still on the low end for the time it takes to produce high quality skins and these are my only source of income so it may change. - Logo/Livery design: $15 fixed price - Simple repaint (livery/logo/fonts supplied by commissioner, limited colours and patterns): $15 per aircraft - complex repaints (limited resources supplied, complex liveries with many colours, patterns and curves): $25 per aircraft - VA fleet bonus (common livery for 3 aircraft with differing registrations/names): $40 total - signature images/banners to match livery: $10 for 5 - PSDs supplied with texture: $5 (subject to texture/paintkit copyright protection) --- Examples of my work (see following posts for more); TERMS AND CONDITIONS: - I will only take on commissions for aircraft models that I have in my possession. This is to ensure that I am able to produce the best quality textures I can that are tested in sim to ensure accuracy. - I will not accept commissions for textures that contain nudity, pornographic or otherwise inappropriate or indecent content - I REQUIRE PAYMENTS TO BE MADE UP FRONT, only rare exceptions to this are allowed with appropriate reasoning behind them - I will not do textures for real-world airlines unless the commissioner can prove that they have permission from the real company to be using trademarked logos, colours and fonts - Prices are liable to variation depending on the complexity of the design - No redistribution of my work is permitted beyond the commissioner of the texture and the linked Virtual Airline or person in the case of personal textures unless otherwise agreed upon - Whilst textures are typically delivered within a fortnight of payment being received, some flexibility around this time must be accounted for due to real life commitments and study - ONCE I HAVE STARTED WORK ON YOUR TEXTURES NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. Be sure you are happy with your quote and have outlined what you want before committing - You must ensure that you provide forms of communication in your order so that I am able to contact you about your commission progress and send developments - If a texture commission for whatever reason is unable to be completed, I will contact you about alternative options - My textures can only be guaranteed to work in FSX. I do not own FS2004 and whilst I can produce FS2004 compatible textures, no testing of these is possible - I reserve the right to reject or decline any commissions that do not meet my above criteria

reachva
Thanks. I do agree that it looks as nice on the 767 as it does on the 737s. If you want to see more screenshots of the 767 in Reach livery, have a visit over here; http://reachva.com/smf/index.php/topic,223.0.html

reachva
Hey, Yeah university started again this week so the work load has increased and reduced time for the hobby. Also I don't seem to have any PMs from you for some reason.
Mike
Hey, thanks for showing interest. I'm currently busy finishing off two other designs however after those I should be able to make a start. What kind of livery did you have in mind? Any references to similar real world liveries that you like that could form the basis? Its a lot easier to have something existing to work form to build up a design than simply starting from scratch. ------------------- Hi Adem, That would be great.. If u take a look at my va website under fleet.. Those are the ones I have done so far but they could be a lot better. If you could come up with something with main fuse white and make use of the colours blue and red for engines or tail... And have the uk and Netherlands flags in there somewhere that would be great. Let me know what you think? PMDG 737-800 would be the most important one out of the ones I requested above
reachva
Hey, I remember the PM but I lost it somehow. I'm currently finishing up two other skins and then I can get started on others. I have a few ideas for a livery as it is.
Mike
Awesome... cant wait to see what you come up with
reachva
Just updating everyone that prices have been updated and currently due to the backlog of orders I am temporarily not accepting new orders. You can still enquire about them however I can accept new ones until I have cleared some of the existing orders. Thanks all for the support, I greatly appreciate it
reachva
Got some time now to get back to this. If anyone is still interested, feel free to contact me. Wait time may be a bit longer than I'd prefer due to nearing the end of university semester however they will get done as soon as I am able to complete them. Anlufra
Hello! You could paint my fleet of A318, A319, A320, A321 Wilco Evolution. What is the cost? Thank you, Anlufra
reachva
Hey, Sorry for the late reply, been busy. Yes I can do repaints for those aircraft, the price depends on the complexity of the skin and what resources you have available already (ie logos, fonts, titles, preferably all as .psds ). Anlufra
I'll send you a PM to combine

reachva
This one took me a while to do, mostly as the paintkit was all in Russian that I cannot read and the textures had no clear definition for overlapping areas or borders however it did eventually get done. This is the Project Tupolev Tu-154B-2 model for FSX that is an excellent aircraft despite the texture issues I had.
Sava
looks cracking! And the Tupolev is a great aircraft. Once at a friend's house who is directly on the approach path of Belgrade's airport, it flew overhead - windows were about to crack, believe me, those things are loud!
reachva
Thanks. The tupolev is one of my favourite aircraft though I have never had the chance to see one for real. Then again I like trijets in general. Also a note for everyone, I have put up on the original post a rough price guide for my services. I feel that some may be a bit low given the time it can take to produce some textures and the fact that I rely on these commissions alone for income to cover expenses. What are your thoughts? I have also taken the time to write up Terms and Conditions covering my practices. Please ensure that you have read these before contacting about a texture. Mike
Hi Adem, Contacted you back in March but think you were busy with uni? Still interested... would be for PMDG 737-800WL and Airbus X Extended.
Mike
Arr not to worry... guess you must still be busy. Decided to spend the day yesterday learning how to do the NGX and came up with this for a 1st attempt.....
reachva
Hey all, Sorry for the late reply, I've been very busy with the late stages of developing a game prototype and teaching myself the specifics of character rigging and animation so I've not had a chance to get too much done with textures. @Mike ah yes I remember your contact, I did do some concepting of some livery ideas but nothing I was really happy with. Your idea looks pretty good though, I like the second version the most, looks more modern. I'd move the fuselage titles a fraction further aft and/or make them larger to balance out the tail but that's just my thoughts.
