<SOLVED>No airplane icon on Live Map

I am using kACARS_free client. I see the pilot information on the map, but NO airplane icon. I searched but found nothing. My site is www.atlanticairgroup.ca. Thanks!

I don't mind being abused, as long as I get the answer! I really did do a search in here but could not find an answer. That could mean I am blind (or worse). Call me what ever you like, but please let me know if there is a solution. Thanks!

Well first question, Is the required airplane images on your server?

Are the images in the correct folder which show the aircraft on the map and does that folder have correct permissions? the images are located at lib/images/inair.

Hi Tom,

There are images of a plane inside a bubble in that directory labeled 0.png to 359.png. I have not changed any permissions from the default settings.

hmm this is weird, have you checked using a different client suck as xacars? While not the ideal solution at least that client may work while troubleshooting kacars. If for some reason it is a file issue, used the checkinstall.php and checkdb.php. Simply access those two files which are in the install directory from a web browser. Are there any issues which those two files show?

Thanks again Tom for your help with this. Your responses put me on the right track and the problem has been solved by my host provider. He found that the template I am using (for my skin) uses a newer version of jquery that is not comparable with phpVMS.
