Maksym24 Posted April 25, 2013 Report Share Posted April 25, 2013 When I have installed the phpVMS full version and set all the permisions up, I noticed that my registration process didn't work. After the "Register Now" Button it says "Could not open socket". Before the error I saw php coding errors. Error message: Warning: file_exists() [function.file-exists]: open_basedir restriction in effect.
