Mass emails to PILOTs

How do u sent emails using mass mailer to pilots?

As mentioned by jut clicking on the Name and ID but it didn't work.

Hi,

Access to your admin page, take a look on the left side, chose pilot & group/ email all pilots.

Leave this line "To: {PILOT_FNAME} {PILOT_LNAME}" & start writing in the next paragraph.

You also can choose which groups you want to send email (at the bottom of the page).
