Hi, I use phpvms in my computer as a local server. If incase I want to move it to a different computer how would I back it up? I know the permissions should be reset again as they don't transffer as set to write and read. Anybody who tried this? Thanks, ermias

what about automatic route scheduling. Something like all you have to do is enter all of the airports you serve and then the program does the rest. I'm not sure how difficult it would be to progrma something like this. Just an idea though!

Does it matter what registration values you assign to your aircraft? What I mean by that is will my pilots not be able to fly if the registration number isn't a certain number on VATSIM?

I know this isn't quite related to phpvms, but as a new VA, I don't have tons of knowledge or resources for getting things done as of yet. So I'm asking the PHPVMS community if anyone knows of a good resource for making repaints for a VA. I have a few different A/C needing painted for my fleet. Cheap or free would be awesome. I have an example of what I would like done.

Are there any plans to make users that are less than admin, but more than standard users? The reason I ask, is because in the future, I would like to have my hub managers have access to approving new pilots and pireps, without having access to the entire admin pannel.

Hey everyone, I think I am going to remove flight legs. Now since you can enter letters into the flight numbers, the leg's are kinda "obsolete", since you can just add it as part of the flight number. Also, FSACARS and FSPAX don't support it, so it's throwing things off with PIREPs and those finance calculations, and other 'future plans' which I have in mind. It just adds another layer of complexity, which is just giving me a big headache, and doesn't really serve a huge purpose (I don't think many of you are using legs) Just giving a heads up. Nabeel

According to site referrals, it seems as though there about 60+ VAs now using phpVMS in one form or another. I would like to build a list, but make it voluntary to add your VA to the mix. One stupid question, Is there a timeout for the live map and flights online ? Because I tested fsacars yesterday with fsx and it crashed... My flight is still shown even if the status is "FSCARS closed". Imagine 50 flights a days, the map would light up like Xmas tree ;D Cheers !

Hey, Just thought I would pop by and say hello, I've been following this project from the start and I feel this would my VA. I've worked on my fare share of php driven systems and I'm now going to try intergrate PHPvms with what I've got done so far. Just one question, Nabeel your probaly the only one who could answer this, where is the code that protects the crew area files?
