With a custom flight-tracker, 'GoCARS', an attentive management and operations team and a wide list of daily schedules, we allow pilots of all capabilities to join the GoCal Community. FlightSimCon is the annual flight simulator show and convention for all of us simmers. This year it’s being held at the New England Air Museum at Bradley Airport just outside of Hartford CT in Windsor Locks. All the big manufactures will be there at this year’s event including Aerosoft to Saitek to name a few. This month’s fly-in is going to take place during the event in to Bradley airport. VATSIM and Boston Virtual ATC will have exhibits at FlightSimCon, so there is a good chance our fly-in will be shown live at the event. To add to the realism for this event. The departure airport for this fly-in is from your home airport as you select when connecting to VATSI…

Hello It has been a while since i have been on the Forum to bring some news regarding the Virtual Airline i am doing up right now. We are Building our VA around Steam FSX and Normal FSX, Xplane 9-10. Yes we have already been in Contact with Titan them selves. We are giving our Pilots the freedom of flying where ever they are wanting to fly to. Our Landing Rates are set as -1300fpm for newer Pilots. And once our Newer Pilots get good Landing Rate Scores we will be accepting -850fpm. I have been with so many other Virtual Airlines and they are very Restricted to there Pilots and not accepting the term of a Newer Pilot which i really think is unfair. That is why Titan Vi…

Anyone who is a fan of all things that fly, has probably watched The Discovery's Channels series called Mighty Planes. The 5th episode of their second season which aired in the middle of June was on the Boeing 737-200 operated by Nolinor Aviation based out of Montreal Mirabel airport. The show covered the operation of the 737-200 as it traveled from Mirabel to Val-D'Or, here it loaded up cargo for the giant mining company Agnico Eagle for transport to their Meadowbank mine in Nunavut. For this month's fly-in we wanted to recreate that route, however its 3+ hour flight that puts it outside our target flight time for these events. Furthermore, Meadowbank is a private airp…

This month’s challenge take us from Telluride (KTEX) to Aspen (KASE). BREAKING NEWS Yesterday, one of our aircraft slid off the end of the runway at Manchester (EGCC) due to significant rainfall as is often common at Manchester. All passengers were evacuated safely and no passengers were injured. The pilot's pride has been injured, but we have forgiven his due to the treacherous conditions. We actually blame the Airport Facilities Director for keeping the airport open during this prolonged torrential storm. Legal wranglings have only just begun and we expect them to go on for some time. The aircraft was damaged beyond repair. If you are interested in joining an airline that val…
