What do I do wrong? I am using kACARS and when I try to login to my VA I get an error message that says it could not find the send.xml in my folder? What is wrong?

I have found out that the files i download from phpvms.net is not working. So I downloaded the files from the github, and got the phpVMS-master folder. And that worked like charm.
