stephanepa38
Hello I have some problems sinse I've done the last update. All the ranks changed ! In the admin Panel, in the pilot list, it does not show the total hour WITH the reported hours. Moreover, the total hours is not correct (even if calculate whithout the reported hours). That's why the ranks have been changed. What can I do ? I have the last build 1.3.785. If you want to see the problem : http://stephane_skyaway.byethost31.com/phpvms/index.php/pilots For example, the total hours of FSW001 in the admin panel is 76.15 The total hours of the pilot list sould be at least 150.00 hours (approx)., so approx 90 hours in the panel admin (+ 60 reported hours). Administrators Nabeel Posted November 2, 2009 Administrators Report Share Posted November 2, 2009 Are you including transfer hours? Try in maintenance options the "recalculate hours" option
stephanepa38
I am including transfer hours. I just recalculated the hours but I still have the problem. (where can I download the build 784 ?) Stéphane
Administrators Nabeel Posted November 3, 2009 Administrators Report Share Posted November 3, 2009 In local.config set the transfer hour options to true, then recalculate
stephanepa38
I've done it and I still have the problem. I've updated to the build 1.3.786 and I still have the problem. Stephane
Administrators Nabeel Posted November 3, 2009 Administrators Report Share Posted November 3, 2009 The hours are calculated correctly in this version, so then that means you have the right hours now. Is the include_transfer_in_ranks set to true?
stephanepa38
include_transfer_in_ranks is set to true, of course. Now, phpVMS reports the transfered hours : one problem is now OK ! But I still have the second problem : the total of hours is not correct (only the total for non-transfered hours = hours from pirep). I write all the hours in an Excel file sinse I use phpVMS. If you would like, I can send you this file and give you the total hours of phpVMS since I've done the update. Stéphane
Administrators Nabeel Posted November 3, 2009 Administrators Report Share Posted November 3, 2009 Sure, send the file, but only the PIREP hours, not including the transfer.
stephanepa38
Here is the file (attached) for FSW001 for example without the transfer. As you can see, the total hours is 112 h 44 min (without transfer). But in phpVMS, the total is 76.15 (without the transfer). I have a new pilot which have done a flight this afternoon. His total hours is OK. The probleme seems to happen only with the "old" pilots. I checked my MySQL database, all is OK. In phpVMS, I can see all the pireps and the hours are OK in all of them. I think it is a calcul problem. Stéphane EDIT : don't pay attention to the color code, it is an error FSW001.zip
Administrators Nabeel Posted November 4, 2009 Administrators Report Share Posted November 4, 2009 Are you counting only accepted PIREPS? I haven't seen the attachment yet, having some trouble installing Office
stephanepa38
All of my pireps are accepted. I always approve them and put some financial penality to piltos if the flight is not correct. Stéphane
Administrators Nabeel Posted November 4, 2009 Administrators Report Share Posted November 4, 2009 Ok, doing the proper way of adding in excel, it comes out to 110:29 hours. Then, I pulled those times into the phpVMS unit tester I have fora dding times, I also get that number. So there's something else going on here. Why are there blank times there? What are you clicking to reset the times?
stephanepa38
What does "blank time" mean ? To reset the times, I go to the Admin Panel, Site & Settings, Maintenance Options then RESET HOURS. Just for information, in my Excel file, don't, pay attention to my code HDV [log number], it is for the extra salaries of my pilots. May be I've done an error in my calcul, but if you have 110:29, it is not the value of 76.15 from phpVMS. Stéphane
Administrators Nabeel Posted November 4, 2009 Administrators Report Share Posted November 4, 2009 Can you link me to the pilot's page? I just used the column which was xx.xx Did find replace, found . replace with : Then right click the column, say custom column as: [hh].mm Then do a sum on the column, and it will add them as times. stephanepa38
I just used the column which was xx.xx Did find replace, found . replace with : Then right click the column, say custom column as: [hh].mm Then do a sum on the column, and it will add them as times. Thanks ! Now I have your result in Excel (not in phpMS). For the pilot's age, ou cn find it here : http://stephane_skyaway.byethost31.com/phpvms/index.php/pilots For information, FSW001 should have 110:29 of flight + 59:00 transfered hours. In phpVMS, the transfered hours are OK, but the pireps hours are 76.15. If you would like to have an access to the admin panel, I can give you one.
