coryb12
Hi, I am testing phpVMS beta on a test website. I uploaded the whole folder, but when I hit the install page, this is the message that comes up: Fatal error: Class 'Config' not found in D:Hosting5046672htmltestphpvms.betacoreclassesTemplateSet.class.php on line 192 Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
Administrators Nabeel Posted November 24, 2009 Administrators Report Share Posted November 24, 2009 Did you upload completely? Try uploading again. Which page did you visit? Need more details
coryb12
there is no reason it didn't upload fully, but i am re-uploading it just incase. I visited the homepage, which redirected /install/installl.php as it should.

Administrators Nabeel Posted November 24, 2009 Administrators Report Share Posted November 24, 2009 Ah ok, thanks for confirming. It'll be up shortly
coryb12
ok, your newest revision, 805, got the install page working, but, after I put in my database info, tested the connection successfully, I clicked next, and got this error: Fatal error: Class 'Debug' not found in D:Hosting5046672htmltestphpvms.betacoreclassesezDB.class.php on line
Administrators Nabeel Posted November 24, 2009 Administrators Report Share Posted November 24, 2009 Ouch, sorry. Fixing it now. The joys of beta
Administrators Nabeel Posted November 24, 2009 Administrators Report Share Posted November 24, 2009 It's up now
coryb12
Ok, works great! Thanks! Just a couple things now, the search function results in a page that is standard font, no top banner, just blank with the flights on it. Also, when i try to bid on a flight, it says there is no route, even though I put a route in. It won't let me bid on flights because of this. I think you should make they route part optional. Administrators Nabeel Posted November 24, 2009 Administrators Report Share Posted November 24, 2009 Where is this? Might be a mistake, route is always supposed to be optional. Sounds like a script error on the blank white page. Do you have a link? Thanks
coryb12
the route problem is just when I try to bid on a flight. as far as the blank page problem, here is what ot shoul look like: http://hawaiianairva.org/test/phpvms.beta/index.php/schedules/view here is what comes up:http://hawaiianairva.org/test/phpvms.beta/action.php/schedules/view you will have to create an account though to see this, so go ahead and register. also, just firgured out that doing select all as the search option returns no flights
Administrators Nabeel Posted November 25, 2009 Administrators Report Share Posted November 25, 2009 Was/is this a completely stock install? Edit: There's errors on the page because you haven't entered a Google API key. So the Javascript doesn't load correctly because of that, that's why you're getting forwarded to the action.php instead of it loading right in the browser. coryb12
One last problem is that when I search with select all, nothing comes up, but when I select the specific airport or aircraft, it does show the route. Other than that, it is all working now that I put in the API key. Thanks so much for all of your help!
Administrators Nabeel Posted November 25, 2009 Administrators Report Share Posted November 25, 2009 I think by default, it will show the routes for the current day (don't have the code in front of me), that may be what's happening. You can disable that
coryb12
Well, I have 3 routes in for Tuesdays, but it doesn't shoe any for select all. Also, the ACARS map does not change the plane image to show my heading, just stays locked at a SE heading. Also, I filed a pirep, rejected it, but it still added the hours to my profile, and it didn't delete the bid for that flight. Thanks again! Administrators Nabeel Posted November 25, 2009 Administrators Report Share Posted November 25, 2009 Thanks, sorry for the issues. I'll be fixing those. The routes are enabled? The adding hours - I don't see that bug. The not-deleting the schedule, that's a known one, I'm fixing that. For ACARS, which client are you using? If it's FSACARS, it doesn't report a heading, so I have to guess the heading, it will always point towards the destination.
coryb12
No problem about the issues, I'm just trying to help you find them, because the beta will never be released unless someone finds all of the errors ;D . The routes are enabled. I am using FSACARS, but in the config options, in has a checkbox to report heading, so there might be a way. Thanks! Administrators Nabeel Posted November 25, 2009 Administrators Report Share Posted November 25, 2009 There's a checkbox for that!? Holy moley. I'm going to check that out..... not sure how I missed it... heh. Can you do a schedule export, let me see if I can duplicate that issue
coryb12
Ok here is a link to the exported test routes: By the way, another thing (sorry to give you so many errors) it won't let me edit the schedules either. It says there was an error editing the schedule.
Administrators Nabeel Posted November 25, 2009 Administrators Report Share Posted November 25, 2009 Can you register on the dev site and see if you can duplicate? (http://dev.phpvms.net) Also, did you do an upgrade install, or was it a fresh install of the beta?
coryb12
What do you mean? This is on a test directory on my website, but I reuploaded the whole package each time you updated it.
Administrators Nabeel Posted November 25, 2009 Administrators Report Share Posted November 25, 2009 So you installed it from scratch I mean? I need to setup a server to do that with. Also, there's no link in your post above.
Administrators Nabeel Posted November 25, 2009 Administrators Report Share Posted November 25, 2009 Well the reason I ask is, the schedule edit and schedules not showing up could be a database issue, if it was a fresh install maybe something didn't go correctly during the install.
coryb12
Yes it is a fresh install, just uploaded the package to a seperate directory and installed it. I do remember it couldn't connect to the database server, so I had to give it a direct IP to the server....I will try re-installing it.
