Aircraft remaining on MAP

I did a test flight this morning and an hour later (sim and ACARS since turned off) and my aircraft still appears on the map.

Help?

are you on the beta/using xacars it does stay long on the map.

if not you can change it in you local.config.php

look for the line

# ACARS options

#  Minutes, flights to show on the ACARS

#  Default is 720 minutes (12 hours)

Config::Set('ACARS_LIVE_TIME', 1 );

Config::Set('ACARS_DEBUG', false);

change the 1 to whatever you like

after you flight fsacars wil give you the option to send pirep.

did you copy the ini vile you downloaded of the website in you fsacars root install?

if I set the value of the config line to 1 pilots do not show up on the map. Anyone have an idea of what a good variable number is that will allow long distance flights (12hrs + at times) with out having the plane appear on the map forever after?

if you put in 4 hours the planes will keep staying on the map just 1 i a bid low try 120
