Urgent help required with site that is not loading the skin [solved]

This has been fixed thanks to a clearing of the cache, which tells me it may have been a corrupted cache file that caused the problem.

You need to edit the local.config.php and enter your database details.

You could reupload the entire skin again.

I have done that, no joy to both your suggestions.
