Tom Posted June 18, 2014 Report Posted June 18, 2014 Check the file permissions on that file in your FTP client, make sure it has read selected for all users. Quote
CPC900 Posted June 18, 2014 Author Report Posted June 18, 2014 The page permission is set to 644?! Same as my main site and IT works fine. I just don't fully understand what the error is telling me?! The permissions are fine!? Quote
Administrators simpilot Posted June 18, 2014 Administrators Report Posted June 18, 2014 What is the folder it is in set to? Maybe try a 755 there and the files inside of it set to 644 Quote
CPC900 Posted June 19, 2014 Author Report Posted June 19, 2014 Yes, it is already set that way. Seems weird that I had never had that before!?!? Any other ideas, because I am at a loss. Quote
CPC900 Posted June 23, 2014 Author Report Posted June 23, 2014 I still have the same issue Is there any further ideas of what could be wrong?! Quote
Administrators simpilot Posted June 23, 2014 Administrators Report Posted June 23, 2014 I just went to your site and you get the same error on the contact form -> http://www.canadianclassicairlines.com/CPCbeta/index.php/contact <- so it has to be something with the recaptcha library and/or its files. The permission denied part makes one think that the folder/file permissions are wrong, but if you are sure that is correct then I would look at the files themselves. Are they corrupted or have names been truncated in the upload process? Not much more I can give you from here. Quote
CPC900 Posted June 24, 2014 Author Report Posted June 24, 2014 Ok, thanks Dave. I will upload those files again because the permissions are fine. It was just throwing me off because I never had any issues with this before during any new install of phpvms. Quote
CPC900 Posted July 3, 2014 Author Report Posted July 3, 2014 BTW, I reinstalled phpvms over again and the problem was resolved Quote
