AirTahiti340 Posted January 26, 2016 Report Posted January 26, 2016 I have been getting requests from removed pilots to please stop sending emails to them from the VA. Problem is they are nowhere to be found in our system, pilot manager, pilot roster, etc... and yet they are getting emails from the mass email system when we send out emails. Do your pilots exist in your database? you can check this from your phpmyadmin->find the database you are using for your phpVMS->find the table named phpvms_pilots. If your pilots exist there, then they are not being removed properly. Quote

I keep getting emails from a pilot who wishes to no longer get emails from us and for some reason they still are, I have no idea why. Thank you! Quote

AirTahiti340 Posted January 26, 2016 Author Report Posted January 26, 2016 We send the mass emails via the admin center where it says "Email All Pilots". Our VA is National Airlines here: http://nationalcargova.com/v2/ and the pilot is already deleted and I do not remember what his pilot number was. Quote
