I m CEO of DLH Virtual and we do have currently a problem with the maintenance module. whenever we check the pirep site the damage of an a/c is going down again. If a pilot is landing very hard , the a/c is damaged sever. Its shown in phpvms / maintenance. Unfort whenever we refresh the pending pirep site - the initial performance of the a/c is reduced by %. I assume that this is a payware phpVMS module. I would suggest you getting in touch with the developer of the module. He will be able to assist you.
