Fly from current airport

Is it better to make pilots fly from there current location or fly from anywhere?

There are both positives and negatives for this. It is based on the level of simulation you want to enhance in your virtual airline operations.My personal opinion is that flying from current location makes the "game" a little more interesting as soon as you have the ability to go somewhere else without flying.
