I adopted the support role from another fellow and he doesnt know where to find that welcome email. I need to change the wording on it but I do not know where to find it. Can anyone help? Moderators servetas Posted April 1, 2020 Moderators Report Posted April 1, 2020 There are many emails based on the progress of the pilot's registration. Check your lib/skins/your_skin_name folder or core/templates. All of the email templates are starting with "email_". If the file exists within your skin's folder then this template is used otherwise the system is using the file within the core/templates folder. 1 Quote
