Lotus
This is weird. I now have litlle red boxed "x" where the graphics should be (I have not yet added my own, these are the ones that come with the program. For example the country flags. And the buttons. but my clue came when, I tried to look at the ID Badge, and got a 403 error. it suggests to check the folder to ensure that everything is coded over 644, and to check the .htaccess (1) It is going to the correct place to get the picture. I followed the link, and double checked things through the file manager. (2) The folders are at least 644 or higher. (3) I checked the error log and there is nothing listed for this. (4) the only rules in the file that appear to apply are have nothing to do with deny from or options indexes as the page suggests. any suggestions of where to look to give the site, myself (and others) access to the graphics? Lotus
For example in the Pilot center, there is the http://namaste.lotuspacific.com/lib/signatures/NME0001.png For the rest of the graphics, all of them. Pilot center, file pirep, etc. including the buttons used for the admin such as edit schedule...
Administrators Nabeel Posted February 9, 2009 Administrators Report Share Posted February 9, 2009 That's odd. I'd message your host about that. Is there an htaccess or something there?
Lotus
I think I will. I do have a.htaccess, and if I'm reading right, I have nothing to restrict anyone, and it specifically allows the graphic file types used.
Administrators Nabeel Posted February 9, 2009 Administrators Report Share Posted February 9, 2009 Try renaming the htaccess and see if it works then, at least it may eliminate that as the problem
Lotus
Didn't seem to. And I'm learning to hate my provider. They hide the submit ticket section. so it becomes impossible to find.

Administrators Nabeel Posted February 9, 2009 Administrators Report Share Posted February 9, 2009 Cool, glad to hear it's working. Who's your host?
Lotus
Siteground. They've been very good on up time, and the basics, and they are usually good when there is a problem once you get in contact with them. But they make it really difficult to get in contact with them.
