Showing A Message If A Pilot Hasn't Flown yet [SOLVED]

Hi All,

I was wondering, Is this the right way to go about calling whether the pilot has flown a flight or not to display a notifcation?

echo "You Have Not Completed A Flight Yet Please File A Report To Avoid Being Removed"
