Many times free hosts block sources on their servers that are needed to run most websites that are not simple html. This is a way to get people to upgrade to paid hosting. Most of the time that phpVMS is run on a free host, it does not run at all or has many errors. That does not mean Nabeel's script is bad by any means at all. It simply means the host is blocking needed features.

If you have a friend that has a paid hosting service, try uploading to his or her site and do a simple test install to see if you have the same issue. If you do not, then we know what the problem is. I am about 99% sure that is the problem right now with your site.
