BBuchanan Posted March 19, 2009 Report Posted March 19, 2009 Does it have to be 3 letters, can it be 4? Quote
Administrators Nabeel Posted March 19, 2009 Administrators Report Posted March 19, 2009 I believe I removed that restriction Quote
BBuchanan Posted March 19, 2009 Author Report Posted March 19, 2009 I believe I removed that restriction Figured I'd ask before doing something that might break things. Thanks! Edit: I had to modify the Airline Code table in mysql from the default 3. I went ahead and changed it to 8 just to be on the extra side of things. Quote
Administrators Nabeel Posted March 19, 2009 Administrators Report Posted March 19, 2009 For airline code, in the installer, the restriction is still to 3. I think I was keeping it at 3 to stay with ICAO. I'll consider expanding it. Ahh, I remember the change. It was allowing alphanumeric flight numbers. Quote
davehardy Posted June 6, 2009 Report Posted June 6, 2009 Does the current version allow alpha numeric? When my pilots file a pirep with the flight number EZE90V it only logs/reports EZE90 and i have to edit each pirep to add the V before i accept it. Quote
Administrators Nabeel Posted June 6, 2009 Administrators Report Posted June 6, 2009 Is it a manual PIREP? Or from FSACARS? Quote
Administrators Nabeel Posted June 6, 2009 Administrators Report Posted June 6, 2009 I will look, I think my code parses the numbers out Quote
davehardy Posted June 7, 2009 Report Posted June 7, 2009 Cheers Nabeel its getting busy and having to edit 10-15 pireps every evening after work is doing my head in, i wanna hit accept all! Quote
