That's all there is in that one. Most of the files are partially missing or the alignment of elements is screwed up. Or both.

It's showing up fine now. I ran some tests and realized that some how the server had dis-engaged php in one of it's occasional visits with the screw-up fairy. I have that fixed and between my tech rep guy and I, we got things back up and running correctly. Thanks
