No local.config.php file

Have you run the installer for phpVMS? If you have and your site is working then the file has to exist for the system to operate, it holds all your local database connection info among other things. If you have not run the installer yet then you will not have a local.config.php file as it is created during the installation process.

OKay at first I didn't know that when I installed it the first time. It didnt work the first time but I set it up on another system and it is there now. THanks To everybody who helped.
