flyalaska Posted August 7, 2011 Report Posted August 7, 2011 Check your fuel prices. I was in debt like that several months ago. Found out it was from the fuel. Also could be from pilots using 100% on a short flight . Quote
MBrown Posted August 23, 2011 Report Posted August 23, 2011 Sorry for bumping this topic. And Connor the only way really is to go through every single PIREP manually and change the fuel prices to 1.0 and seat price to at least 120- Sure it may be cheating slightly but it can get you off to a clean slate. (I actually started doing that wuth XL as I noticed the increasing debts!) I forgot to mention really before, but at XL virtual that was a small problem I noticed. For some reason your seats are really cheap! Might need bumping up a bit Then after that just make sure the prices are right whenever you accept a PIREP. Luckily I keep a pretty good eye on my finances and recently every PIREP accepted has had fuel prices at 5.1 / seats at 120 and I've been gaining profit surely but safely. It may be cheap seats but we're a family run business, so. All though we haven't officially opened yet a few of our pilots have been testing the systems and gaining us a small bit of profit http://www.palmairva.com/index.php/finances# But hey it's all good.
