Error with custom kacars

I am getting an error with Virgin Atlantic VA's custom kacars the error is:

FSUIPC Error #1: FSUIPC_ERR_OPEN. The connection to FSUIPC is already open.

But it isn't, I just updated to the latest FSUIPC for FS9. It worked fine yesterday. And that has me baffled.

I kinda also posted this for everyone, as it is an annoying problem, but I can still fly, just wanted to see if others have gotten this error too and fixed it.
