After installing phpvms appeared the following errors:

Hi you seem to be on free hosting thats probably your problem there.

if you are going to stay with a free host 000webhost worked fine for me. but i would recommend you use <fivedev> or simpilots hosting both revolve around the phpVMS platform.

Currently i use hosting24 for 7.84 a month its nice for what i pay for IMO
