Please Help Email Notification System Not Working

Dear Folks i am really pissed of because of my Email system incoming/outgoing both not working at all from last one month i changed my hosting as well i thought maybe it was problem from my hosting provider but again after transferring to another hosting again the same problem remains i checked with my hosting provider as well he also investigated but he said from his server everything working fine i am not able to receive any notification emails.

Please Please some one help me out what is causing this issue....

Try to put your e-mail info in local.config.php

# Email Settings
Config::Set('EMAIL_FROM_NAME', 'YourName');
Config::Set('EMAIL_FROM_ADDRESS', 'YourEmailAddres');
Config::Set('EMAIL_USE_SMTP', true);
# Add multiple SMTP servers by separating them with ;
Config::Set('EMAIL_SMTP_SERVERS', 'mailserverhere');
Config::Set('EMAIL_SMTP_PORT', '25');
Config::Set('EMAIL_SMTP_USE_AUTH', true);
Config::Set('EMAIL_SMTP_USER', 'Email UserName');
Config::Set('EMAIL_SMTP_PASS', 'Email Password');
