If you do not know HTML/CSS, you should learn it first. 2. People are helping, but once you show that you actually tried to do it yourself and you are not just waiting for others to do the work for you. And in the end, no one is obliged to help you. phpVMS is free and you haven't paid anything to be in the position to *request* help. There is no customer service.
