It was made before php 5.5 came out so I have to look at updating it to current standards.
-
tkfeeny that doesn't seperate them by airline, just by hubs.
-
Best thing is to upgrade to simpilots version as that will work without that error.
-
By the looks of it, you have some php code that is not wrapped in the openning and closing php tags,
<?php ?>
-
THat has nothing to do with this module.

I have setup twitter app for my VA's twitter account, and put everything in the right place, I am using phpvms version 5.5 from simpilot, so it had that there already, I have set the permissions of the app to read and write, is there something I am missing?

Tom has a point, and hostility is never liked. If you did not want comments made on your site, don't post the link. Otherwise take what was said, and do with it as you please. But replying the way you did, I am not sure I would want to help if you asked for it because I don't see you take criticism well.

DJ did you actually read the full comment? Or just skip over most if not all of it? I said if. I am not saying he does not, but, I do know from seeing others try and getting shut down by Virgin Atlantic, that they are strict. I want him to succeed, I dont want to see another VA that could be great getting shut down because the real world airline is overly strict on the use of their name for a VA which is great advertising for them also it is free for them.
-
A word of warning, if you do not have permission from virgin atlantic you will be shut down, they are very strict with VA's using their name and brand.

You have to edit the airports table in the db, and add that to the database structure.
-
If you are getting a you dont have permission to access the admin panel, then you need to go into your database and see what permission set you have been assigned. And change it to the correct one.

Fsacars is no longer supported by phpvms, as the program itself is no longer developed, and thus not supported itself. My suggestion, get the pilot to use another acars system, like kacars, or a custom acars.
-
I solved it. It was a crashed table.
-
Have a look at the code I gave and you will see there is no mistake, I had misspelled fieldvalue on purpose as I have it right for another bit for the vatsim id.
-
Just to add to vangelis, you can change it to whatever you want, provided the format is in their db.
-
They should be gone now
-
I dont believe it *facepalm* it was a piece of code for snow that was the proble, It now works again.
-
No, I only have one.
-
A lot of the items on my VA's site have stopped working, I have put the newest jquery up, but it doesn't seem to read that it is there. Does anyone know why it would stop using jquery or jquery only being selective on what it allows to work, as the acars map works fine. I fixed the problem, due to some code that was left in causing trouble.

fsacars is not supported anymore due to the fact it is no longer made, and has always been very buggy.

About control on vatsim, if his VA gets busy, it will attract people to control there and fly there. That is what happened in Malaysia with MVA. WMKK was rarely controlled in 2010 when MVA started, but once we got going well, it was controlled more often and more people flew there. So a VA can have a big influence on an airport getting controllers on vatsim. Nothing wrong with some competition, and if his VA is good, people will choose his VA over flyuk. Aircraft do have "days" off for maintenance. If you can devote sometime to it, then by all means go for it. And you do have great scope for expansion with that model.

I am working on getting that working on a solution, it might take a little while. It should take from the hub manager db too, but doesn't seem to be, for the ones you have not added. It will require an edit to some core files. Let me work on it and I will post the code or the update to it.

The download may have gotten corrupted, so redownload it and upload it.

What version of phpvms are you using? The tpl files should never go into the core>classes folder, that error you are getting is saying the hub_index.tpl file is not in the folder hub.If you are using simpilot's version of phpvms the tpl files must be in php format, not tpl
