Hi there, I have Helicopters, as well as Aircraft in my fleet, and the fixed wing pilots are sarting to omplain that the Heli guys is unfair with landing rates. Is there a way I can seperate the landing rate stats for each aircraft, OR maybe each Airline at least? Thanks very much! Jakes

Ii have added the owner fields, it is not standard. But I want to know where to add the coding that actually write to the database?

Hi there, I am busy modifying my site to add a Owner entry for each aircraft. Now, Ive already add the owner table to the database, and made a manual entry to test directly on the database. Then, in the /admin/templates/ops_aircraftlist.tpl Ive added the table, as well as <?php echo $aircraft->owner; ?>, and in the /core/templates/fleet.tpl Ive also modified the layout to show the table Ive added. Now, it shows up fine, as well as the manual entry Ive made. My problem is that when I edit an aircraft in the admin area, the place for the Owner info are there, , but when I make an entry, and save the data, it does not save the owner info to the database. What do I need to modify in order to save to the database? Cheers, Jakes

I also found that the users could not log into the site with the squadron names that is numerical. So I guess the problem is with phpVMS and not the kACARS system? Any idea to rectify it?

Hi there, I have found that some of my members could not log in with kACARS. after a long search and tests, I found that some Pilot number have numerical digits in the first 3 digits. We have a virtual air force, and this we use airlines as squadrons. Thus for example, 28 Squadron pilot numbers will be 28S0030. Now, kACARS do not pick up that pilot ID. BUT when, for example I took the same Pilot ID, and use any different first 3 alphabetical digits, such as UVS0030, kACARS log in perfectly, BUT then it does not pick up in the phpVMS Does anyone have a idea how to rectify this, instead of changing all my Squadron names? the website is http://www.uvsaaf.fsworld.co.za/index.php/Frontpage Thanks so long Jakes

Hi there, I have a user that cannot connect to our site with kACARS V1.0.0.8. We have checked the following: he use the correct base url: http://www.uvsaaf.fsworld.co.za/ He have the correct Username AND Password He use Win 7 ,and he set his program compatibility to Win Xp SP3 AND run as Administrator Firewall AND antivirus turned off I could connect with my kACARS using his username and password. Thank you, the routes are already added to the database, BUT, when viewing the map, it still shows as a straight line. Also I do not have much knowledge on databases, so I dont know how to add points in the database. Some more info will be appreciated. Thank you very much!

Hi there, Is there a way I can link my Aircraft registrations to bids? At the moment, there are several flights for each aircraft, and several pilots can bid on flights that involve the same aircraft. I want flights that have the same aircraft reg number, not to show up once an aircraft is booked.. Any help?

I am using this great software to run UVSAAF, and, being a Virtual Air force, It would be great to have a page that can display the Aircraft in use, and maybe the Airlines (Squadrons, in this case) they serve with?
